Management (Lindsey and Joshua) are extremely friendly with you when you're still a "potential" tenant. Once you're an actual tenant, it's another story. They also favor their staff over the tenants, which is a weird way of conducting business. The maintenance crew act like they don't want to their jobs, especially one called Mike. One time, their maintenance manager came to my apartment to work on my ceiling fan. He came somewhat disturbed and was cursing under his breath. He also didn't take any safety measure in turning off the electricity before performing his job. He ended up cracking the glass bowl that hides the light bulbs because he was working so aggressively. When I mentioned what he had done, he said it wouldn't be a problem and that he'd get me a new glass bowl. A few days later, I have management sending me an invoice for the glass bowl and telling me that I was the one who broke the bowl. I disputed the charge and had a meeting with Lindsey (the Apartment Manager) and maintenance crew (Moe, Mike, and Sebastian). During the meeting, Lindsey's tone changed to that of a scolding mother. She was literally talking to me as if I were her child. Luckily for me, I documented all of my interactions with the maintenance crew and did not pay for the glass bowl. I also had a situation where a female mail-carrier almost physically hurt my girlfriend (by shutting the mailbox on her while her hand was still in it) and she began to yell at us saying that we're not supposed to retrieve our mail when she's still distributing the mail ('mind you, before we approached our mailbox, we tried greeting the mail-carrier and asked her if we could go to our mailbox - she completely ignored us). We quickly attempted to relay and make aware of the situation to the staff at the main office. A few days later, we received a letter from the apartment complex's attorney, warning us that they would kick us out of the apartment for disrupting their staff. On another note, if you're not fond to having roaches in your apartment, this isn't the place for you. My girlfriend and I are extremely clean (unfortunately, we couldn't say the same about our neighbors). Every month we had to have an exterminator come and hose the house. Every time he'd come in, he'd always say the same thing, "those roaches only come out seasonally and when it's humid outside." Also, if you're a responsible dog owner, just know that it's going to be hard to find like minded owners in this apartment complex. They don't pick-up after their dogs and you will most likely step on a piece of feces unless you pay extra close attention to every step you take. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place unless you're looking to live in a place that's roach infested, with people who loiter in and around the pond, and where management demonstrate a stronger priority to their staff than their tenants. PS - If you do take up an apartment from here, take a picture of EVERYTHING and make a receipt of it. If you leave that place and it doesn't look exactly the same (or better) than how you received it, they will charge you for everything (That also includes paint). One last thing, they also heftily increase their rent fees after your contrast is done. Good luck!

I would not recommend this apartment. I consistently had roaches and black bugs in my apartment. They would crawl out of the walls and cabinets. We pay a high rent to live in a "secured" community. 9 out the 14 months I lived there, the gate was broken. The "move out" charges placed on my account were simply extortion- over $600. The management team would not even listen to my dispute. There are so many other apartment options in this area that I would save your time and look elsewhere.
