    Nothing but problems since I opened my account. Problems with opening the accounts, being charged for debit cards that were supposedly "discounted" as a courtesy but weren't. Problems getting the debit cards--took almost a month. Never received them in mail, went to branch, they wanted to charge AGAIN. Problems with paperless statements. Was charged every month from BOTH checking AND savings for paper billing even though we got emails proving paperless statements. Tried to close our account for 3 months. Each month it wasn't closed, fees had to be "refunded" so we had to wait. Supposed to close and send a check for the amount refunded. Never happened. Went up there for the FORTH time to close account, we had already turned in our debit cards, and here it is a few days later and the account is STILL open, with no funds inside. They are about to charge again for the paper statements, and the checking fee, and there's no money cuz we CLOSED out account. Or so we thought. Was told they could offer no proof of a closed account other than to call the branch. Ridiculous. Never had this much problem with a bank. Don't waste time nor money because their fees are crazy high, they charge for everything, and the you have nothing but problems from the time you open your account, till you close it. IF you can even get it closed.

    I am upset with this bank, my account had a theft on it and I'm fighting it only to find out customer service needed my husband to go in to sign the papers, it would have been nice to know. The branch manager didn't really understand what was going on, and I feel there isn't much communication between this bank and there customers. I'm just gonna have to go too a different branch.
