  Terrible property management company. They expect you to pay top dollar, but don't return the quality of work. When we moved into our apartment there were several things that were not working. When I contacted our property manager she indicated that the "owner didn't authorize the repair"; the only way it was going to get fixed was out of my pocket. We went without an ice maker, dishwasher, closet doors, garbage disposal and a security lock on our back door. The back door lock took 1 month to get fixed The garbage disposal, closet doors, dishwasher and ice maker were never fixed. We went nearly the entire lease without these items. The gate to enter our property worked sometimes; other times it didn't. If you have other options, use them.
