  The drive thru service is appalling. It's the only bank branch on the planet where they expect you to call when you arrive at the vacuum transport for a checking transaction. I'm used to the usual employee engagement, like "Hi! How can I help?" and so forth. They also had no transaction forms available to fill out when I needed it. I had to insistently request so. VyStar in general is great, but this branch is terrible. I'm going to go out of my way to my mother branch on Beach Blvd in Jacksonville from now on.

  Very Very very very awful slow drive thru .omg.waited almost 30 min to get 15 dollars out .lol omg the bank itself is great but they need to hire more help.
