  I love my new apartment at Mirador! Dominique was so very helpful in getting me squared away. Thank you Dominique! This place is so quiet and peaceful. The apartments are beautiful and nice in size. I love the cabinetry and countertops in the kitchen. Full-size washer and dryer, and trash valet service a plus! The open balcony space is amazingly private, where you can't see your neighbor, and your neighbor can't see you. The bathrooms are nice and spacious with a modern design. The grounds are well-kept, and the overall property is clean. I love coming home to Mirador, and you will too.

  Don't do it. The contracts are ridiculous, and they won't let you out of them unless you are military. Refuse to work with you on anything. Will happily send you emails for worthless stuff like cookouts, but rarely do it for important things like maintenance. Instead, they stick it in your door, and if flies away, too bad, you were "notified". Try to use scare tactics to get you to sign lease right there, by saying rent could go up tomorrow, then they fly through the closing. Complex is noisy and getting worse. Maintenance men are shady, I was personally told by on-site security officer not to trust them. Apartments are ok, nothing special. Walls and floors are thin, you can hear your neighbors talking. There are newer and better options in River City area. Go there and avoid Mirador and Stovall.

  my fiancé and i visited stovall about a week ago and it was a great tour, despite the things we actually WANTED and NEEDED to hear.. it seems like our tour guide is very inexperienced, he didn’t know any of the pricing, except for the 2bed 2bath, and we are on the fence about moving here because everything doesn’t seem clear cut. we have another visit this week, hopefully it’ll be better.
