  PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN. Michelle is refusing to release my brother's remains to the next of kin, my mother, even though the medical examiner is in agreement that she is next a kin. His adult son called and told this funeral home that he is not next of kin due to some legal process years ago. Yet she is pursuing him to sign papers, even though my mother completed the right papers. Michelle has also already received payment for the arrangements. We can't grieve when this place is refusing to release my brother's remains. This has been a horrible experience. We are planning to file a complaint and will likely sue these people. PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THIS PLACE .
