  Crockett Law is truly an expert in Florida real estate law. In my opinion, Crocklett Law is quickly becoming one of the heavy hitters in the Jacksonville area. The firm is also well-connected with other law firms and attorneys specializing in real estate, estate planning, and litigation. K. Crockett continues to provide me and my family with practical recommendations and sound legal advice for all my real estate concerns. I have worked with Mr. Crockett for over seven (7) years and consider Crockett Law to be my go-to Jacksonville real estate law firm. While most home buyers do not have complex real estate transition issues and may not require a title attorney, who is an expert in complex real estate matters, but why wouldn't you want to work with one who understands the most complex of cases? Be warned, not all title attorneys are made equal. Working with Crockett Law ensures that nothing will be overlooked and the buying / selling process will go as smoothly as possible. Any client will benefit from working with Crockett Law, a firm that not only provides consistently great customer service, but also possesses an in-depth knowledge of today's real estate marketplace and all the intricacies of owning, selling, and buying real property in the Jacksonville area. On a side note, I see that many other clients have taken their precious time to write glowing reviews. Pay attention to those and not the one-star review(s) with no written comment. If a customer was upset enough to give a one-star review, said customer would likely be so upset as to actually write about their negative experience. In this case, I have to wonder, was this person actually a client? Unfortunately, social media allows anyone with a personal agenda (usually unfounded and/or out of jealously and anger) to share an unfounded negative opinion. Personally, I can't imagine anyone having anything negative to say about K. Crockett and the amazing level of service Crockett Law provides it clients and customers.
