  Poor customer service every time I come. Bankers are rude and don't give you accurate information. ATM eats our 200 cash deposit on the day of a hurricane while we are trying to evacuate. Was not apologized to by Alice at the Merrill road location who was very rude and told me I could wait in the lobby, but I was there with my husband and had a right to be there. I told her I this was an emergency situation and she was rude and never apologized for the inconvenience and told it may take 48 hours to see our cash deposit. Cash deposits I was told were available immediately. They even advertise how their ATM can accept so many different deposits. The day before it rejected my paycheck deposit which I had to deal with a banker for over an hour for before I finally had resolution. How am I supposed to get a hotel or gas when I cant pay for it now ? I guess me and my family will have nowhere to go tonight thanks to community first credit union and their poor customer service and non trustworthy machine. Don't bank here you're better off throwing your money out the window.
