- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This agency has put me in a terrible position! I just purchased a home. They issued me a policy number and provided evidence of insurance to my mortgage company and 3 weeks later I received and over payment refund check. No additional correspondence other than a welcome to the family letter! I emailed regarding the refund check and they explained that my policy was declined and I never actually had a policy with them. So they lied to my mortgage company and myself for 3 weeks and let me think there were no problems. Now I am sure I will have to pay an astronomical fee for force placed insurance for lack of coverage due to no fault of my own. If that happens I plan on filing a lawsuit against them! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS!!By Lori Pratt, October 16, 2017
