  After leaving Keller Williams Jacksonville in 2007 I met with the Team at All Real Estate Options to explore if things could be better. We had already met with many other large brokerages like Watson Realty, Prudential and Coldwell Banker but knew we wanted something different. After speaking with Andy & Melissa we knew this was the place for us and from day 1 they have been great and have been there for anything we have needed. One of the best things is we can get paid at closing and no running to the office to drop off checks. The support is wonderful, but they stay out of your way and have a progressive compensation plan. Really they are designed around the agent and not the corporation~! For an agent that doesn't need hand holding this I believe this is the premier place to be.
