  If you’re reading this review, you’ve probably just lost your fur-baby… and if you’re like me, you’re crying, upset, and apprehensive about what you’re “supposed” to do with them. Trust me, I understand. When we lost our cat, Oliver, 3 years ago and the vet asked me after he passed “what would you like to do with him” I was overwhelmed. No one really talks about pet “aftercare” so I didn’t know what to expect. I researched my options and came across Paw Prints. Nate and Kelly were so comforting, I’m not sure I’ve ever met two more caring and genuine people. I remember Nate calling me back afterhours, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything, and making sure I was comfortable before making any decisions. There was NO pressure, no sales pitch for upgrades/packages, and there was no doubt in my mind that they were an honest company who would deliver on their promise to me and my pet. Last Sunday, we lost our cat Louie to cancer, and when it came time to answer the vet’s question I knew exactly who I wanted to take care of his cremation. Yes, I was still in tears, and it was still one of the most difficult decisions to let go of my best friend…however there is comfort when you know they will be handled with love, care and respect. I called Paw Prints expecting to leave a message since it was Sunday, but Kelly answered, took care of everything and put my mind at ease. Nothing will make the loss of a beloved pet easier, but Paw Prints will treat you like family and that has given me much needed peace.
